The annual Independence Celebration at Crooked River Ranch will be held Saturday, July 4, presented by the Crooked River Ranch Homeowner's Association.
The event kicks off at 10 a.m., with the Crooked River Ranch-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce's Independence Celebration Parade.
Families, kids, pets, equestrian units, motorcycles, classic cars and novelty entries will join together to make this a fun parade for young and old alike. Call 923-2679 for more information.
The parade will be followed by the 30th Annual Lion's Club Buffalo Feed. This Ranch tradition will, once again, offer fabulous buffalo burgers with all the trimmings, beans and chips.
The cost for the Buffalo Burgers is $5, and hotdogs and sausage are also available, beginning at $1.50, beverages $1.
Children will enjoy the Jump Tent, sponsored by the Ranch Chapel, and the Mariposa Lily Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale, as well as a dessert sale. There will be a performance by the Sunshine Exchange Cloggers, business and nonprofit exhibits and more.
The Crooked River Ranch Artist and Crafters Guild will also be on hand, showcasing their wares. These include handcrafted items and original art, featuring the creations of many talented residents of the area.
