Flu to first

Madras shortstop Conner Flu had a strong game in the Buffs' 6-4 win over Molalla May 4. He also pitched in relief in the seventh and had two hits, including a double, in the win.

The Madras White Buffalos baseball team beat the Molalla Indians in Madras May 4 6-4.

The win put the Buffs back into a second-place tie with The Dalles in the Tri-Valley Conference standings at 8-4. Gladstone is on top at 10-2.
